Important Information on Turnaround Time and Customization.

 

• Turnaround Time: For custom freshies, the turnaround time is 5-20 business days. Please note that the turnaround time (TAT) is effective until January 2025.

Additionally, any orders placed between November 1-11 will not count towards turnaround time, meaning those days are excluded.

When placing an order, please leave a detailed description of your preferences.
This includes:

• Preferred Scent
• Colors you would like
• Whether you want glitter or no glitter

If no description is provided, I will use my own creative freedom to design your order. Rest assured, I always strive to make something beautiful that you’ll love!
