Important Information on Turnaround Time and Customization. 

• Turnaround Time: For custom freshies, the turnaround time is 5-20 business days. Please note that the turnaround time (TAT) is effective until January 2026.

Additionally, any orders placed between September 30-October 6, 2025 & November 3 - November 9, 2025 will not count toward turnaround time, meaning those days are excluded.

When placing an order, please leave a detailed description of your preferences.
This includes:

• Preferred Scent
• Colors you would like
• Whether you want glitter or no glitter

If no description is provided, I will use my own creative freedom to design your order. Rest assured, I always strive to make something beautiful that you’ll love!

⚠️ Important Freshie Care Notice ⚠️

  • During the summer months, black or darker-colored freshies are more likely to soften, melt, or fall from the hook compared to cooler months. We recommend avoiding darker shades during extreme heat.
  • Always hang your freshie immediately after removing it from the packaging. Do not place on your dash, console, or any surface.
  • Avoid direct sunlight whenever possible. If necessary, move your freshie to your turn signal for a safer spot.
